I am delighted and excited to be bringing the new exercise format ‘POUND Plus’ to the timetable from Monday 6th November!! Suitable for all levels, POUND delivers a rocking drumming workout, designed to tone and shape your whole body and a fantastic cardio workout too….and the ‘Plus’ element will be a surprise with some added Pilates, Barre, Step or Weights thrown in!!
