What is Fitness Pilates?

‘Fitness Pilates’ – Applying Pilates principles to controlled body conditioning using small studio equipment and mat work. This therapeutic class is suitable for all levels.
We have been attending Jane’s classes together since March and it has totally enhanced and changed our lives! Jane’s approach to exercise is inspirational, fun and energetic , the classes are great for all ages and abilities; they have enabled us to have fun and get fit together even though our age and fitness levels are different!
