What is Pound Plus?

Pound is a cardio, toning, calorie burning, energy filled workout that you have to experience! It is set to modern rock and popular tunes ensuring sweat dripping fun! The + is when we add either Pilates, Postural Barre work or light weight training to Enhance your Fitness even more!

We have been attending Jane’s classes together since March and it has totally enhanced and changed our lives! Jane’s approach to exercise is inspirational, fun and energetic , the classes are great for all ages and abilities; they have enabled us to have fun and get fit together even though our age and fitness levels are different!
