What is Yoga/Pilates?

A blend of traditional poses, movement and relaxation designed to improve flexibility strengthen and mind being. Followed by Pilates flow for core support and improvement.

We have been attending Jane’s classes together since March and it has totally enhanced and changed our lives! Jane’s approach to exercise is inspirational, fun and energetic , the classes are great for all ages and abilities; they have enabled us to have fun and get fit together even though our age and fitness levels are different!
